MANDATE

The Office of the Municipal Assessor as provided in Section 472 of the Local Government Code is mandated to ensure that all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes are properly executed.

 

VISION

To implement innovative changes in system, policies and procedures provided by law in order to generate sustainable revenues from realty taxes with minimum cost to the LGU and convenience to the taxpayers and clientele.

 

MISSION

Commits to attain maximum efficiency in the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes.
